Tampa has made it known they are no longer in the running due to the asking price, the New York Rangers have made it clear that they are still behind the offers of Toronto and Los Angeles and may not be willing to budge from their term.
it is believed that Toronto has offered a 5 year, 43 Million dollar contract to Richards, who may choose his destination as early as tonight.
